The project deals with number of important problems of many contemporary towns and cities of today like conversion of objects that lost its purpose and transformation of spaces in between them, re-connections with town-center, pedestrian-bikes-public transport preferences of mobility as well as more complex approaches to urban sustainability – not only through means of energy consumption or building materials but also by allowing continuous alterations, densification or creating conditions for establishing lively communities.
